Initial enquiry
For most of our clients it all starts with either a shop or a site visit, both of which can be booked via our website, by email or by phone.
We strongly recommend booking a shop visit unless you have already made a selection this is so we can discuss your requirements and talk you through the various products and options available. We believe this is a really important part in the process as carpets are by their nature tactile and it really does help the decision making process if you can see and feel what you are choosing.
SAMPLES
Following a visit to our showroom many of our clients will have selected some samples which we will order for you and have sent directly to an address of your choosing, this is an important part in the process as it allows you to see a cutting of your selected ranges in your own home, under your own lights and with your own decor. Samples usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.
site survey
The next step is usually a site visit, we measure all the work we undertake -regardless of size or complexity. We take great pride in producing detailed hand drawn plans of each job noting all the requirements and any details which are discussed with you on site. This allows us to take ownership of your project and provide our installers with all the details they require so that they know exactly what they are doing when they enter your home.
estimate
Once we have been to site we produce a written estimate which will be emailed to you, usually within a week. Our estimates are clear and concise and are fully inclusive of everything required to carry out your installation - no unforeseen extras! We also include a copy of our ‘Good to know’ sheet which helps to answer the more frequently asked questions we receive.
Once you have received our estimate, asked any additional questions you may have and finalised your selection we proceed to order. To confirm an order we require your payment in full.
Order
installation
Once payment has been made we will order your chosen flooring, send you a written order confirmation and schedule your installation. This process usually takes 48 hours. Our general leadtime from date of order to installation is between 2-4 weeks - this is not a hard and fast rule, we often turn things around much quicker if required/we are able to and equally some products or types of installation will require a longer lead time.
All of our installations are guaranteed for 2 years, should you have any queries following your installation we will happily discuss and attend to these until you are satisfied. Product cleaning guides/advice can also be provided on request.
