Once contact has been made and a site or shop visit booked, our experienced team will conduct a comprehensive site survey and point out any details which need to be considered to ensure the best finish, such as; underlay choice, subfloor preparation and product suitability. This allows us to take ownership of your project and provide our installers with all the details they require to install your new carpet.
